About this course

Our online training portal enables you to build your knowledge of our voyages and onboard experience through interactive modules. Covering a world of possibilities, our learning modules will equip you to sell Oceania Cruises with confidence.

• There are 7 modules in total which must be completed in numerical order
• Complete the quiz at the end of every module
• You need to achieve a score of 100% per module to progress
• Modules are bite-sized, each taking approximately 5 to 10 minutes to complete
• Work at your own pace; after each module, you can stop the course and continue at a time that suits you

CLIA Accreditation

To claim CLIA points, add your certificate to your CLIA Accreditation profile in the CLIA members area.
