Terms & Conditions for Thai Airways Competition

1. Competition Overview
   1. By completing the Thai Airways OTT course by 30 April 2025, eligible UK travel agents will be entered into a draw to win one of two £50 Amazon vouchers.
2. Eligibility
   1. This competition is open only to UK residents who are currently employed as travel agents.
   2. Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
   3. Proof of eligibility may be required. Thai Airways reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of all participants.
3. How to Enter
   1. To enter, participants must fully complete the Thai Airways course available on the OTT platform by 11:59 pm on 30 April 2025.
   2. Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple submissions from the same individual will not be counted.
4. Winner Selection
   1. Two winners will be chosen at random from all eligible participants who have successfully completed the course by the deadline.
   2. The random selection process will take place within two weeks following the closing date.
   3. The winners will be notified via email using the contact information provided on the OTT platform.
5. Prizes
   1. Each winner will receive a £50 Amazon voucher.
   2. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative prizes.
   3. Thai Airways reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value should unforeseen circumstances occur.
6. Winner Notification and Claiming the Prize
   1. Winners will be contacted by 15 May 2025.
   2. Winners must respond to the notification email within 14 days to claim their prize. Failure to respond will result in the prize being forfeited and an alternative winner being selected.
   3. Prizes will be delivered via email within 28 days of a winner’s confirmation.
7. Data Protection
   1. By entering the competition, participants agree that their personal information may be used by Thai Airways and the OTT platform for the purposes of administering the competition and prize distribution.
   2. Personal data will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes without consent.
8. General
   1. Thai Airways reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition and/or these Terms & Conditions without prior notice in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical issues.
   2. Thai Airways’ decision in respect of all matters related to the competition will be final and binding.
   3. The competition and these Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
