3. JAL European Reservations Centre
If you need assistance on the weekend, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, or other UK public holidays, please call the JAL European Reservations Centre. Opening Hours: 09:30 - 17:00 / Daily.
4. JAL Mileage Bank
JAL Mileage Bank (JMB) is JAL's frequent flyer programme (FFP). As a member, you can earn miles from flights, hotel stays, shopping, and other activities - and then redeem those miles for award tickets, e-money, and other special awards. Membership is free and enrolment can be made online via JAL Website.

5. IATA Agency Group Enquiries
Group quotations and bookings for JAL marketed/ operated flights must now be made using our new tool called the Group Sales Optimiser (GSO). GSO enables IATA agents to obtain group quotations in real time and book groups on JAL flights all by themselves. To request GSO access and for GSO-related support contact the JAL Group Desk. Hours: 09:30 - 17:00 / Mon - Fri (except Christmas Day, New Year's Day and other UK public holidays).
