Our most advanced ice-class ships, built for polar exploration. Featuring the innovative X-Bow® design for smooth sailing, these vessels offer luxurious amenities, state-of-the-art science hubs, wellness centres, and a full suite of expedition tools including Zodiacs, kayaks, ROVs, and more. 

National Geographic Explorer & National Geographic Orion
Authentic expedition ships with ice-strengthened hulls, ideal for blue water and polar voyages. Guests enjoy panoramic lounges, open bridge access, and expert-led activities both on and off the ship. 

National Geographic Quest, Venture & Greg Mortimer
Nimble, American-flagged ships perfect for exploring Alaska, the Pacific Northwest, and Central America. These vessels offer intimate settings, flexible itineraries, and a high staff-to-guest ratio for personalised service. Greg Mortimer is the first X-bow to operate in Alaska. 

Galápagos Fleet: National Geographic Endeavour II & Islander II
Specially designed for year-round Galápagos exploration, these ships feature spacious cabins, locally inspired cuisine, and family-friendly programmes led by National Geographic certified field educators.
