United Airlines Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions: Up to three entries per person - one entry per course completed. The competition ends on 1 July 2026. You must be a UK travel agent, aged twenty-one (21) years or older, employed by a licensed travel agency during the promotional period and at the time the prize will be rewarded. By entering this competition, you confirm that your employer is fully informed and approves of your participation in this promotion.

Entry: Brand USA' Discovery program, Canyon Spirit' Track's program and United Airlines' OTT training courses training certificates need to be provided between 1 June and 1 July 2026 (the “entry period”) in order to be entered into the draw. Entries received prior to or after the entry period will be disqualified. Outbound travel is on 19 August 2026 from London Heathrow. United, Brand USA and Canyon Spirit reserve the right to determine whether any local laws, regulations or other applicable rules permit the awarding of the prize under these rules without what United, Brand USA and Canyon Spirit in their sole discretion believe to be a detrimental effect upon the companies. Based on their determination of this effect, they may deny making an award to such potential winner without notice. The entries will be verified before being awarded.

Prize: Winners will be selected at random by United Airlines, Brand USA and Canyon Spirit in the UK on 1 July. After you have been notified, you will have 14 days to respond and accept the prize, otherwise we reserve the right to select another winner. By entering this competition, you are agreeing to the T&Cs and sharing your details with United Airlines and Brand USA and Canyon Spirit in the UK who may contact you in relation to this competition and future marketing purposes. The trip includes return flights, 5 nights in a hotel and arriving back to the UK on 26 August. The dates cannot be amended on request. Meals, activities and transport in the city will be hosted where possible, though this may not be possible for every activity. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of this offer without prior notice. A prize may not be transferred and must be accepted as awarded. Winner may not request cash or a substitute prize; United is not liable for any ancillary fees, repair, maintenance, registration or other costs or warranty associated with prize use.

The value of the Prize may be subject to income tax which the winner is solely responsible for paying. The promotion and any details are subject to change.

General conditions: Anyone employed by United, Brand USA and Canyon Spirit cannot enter the competition. United, Brand USA and Canyon Spirit may, at their sole discretion, suspend, modify and/or cancel the Promotion if it deems the operation or administration of the Promotion has been tampered with in any way. United reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these official rules or in a disruptive manner. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these official rules will not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. If any provision of these official rule is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck, and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.
