Eurotunnel Le Shuttle Website update: 

From 1st March, we will be releasing the new Trade booking module in stages. The Travel Agent module will be launched first, followed by the Tour Operator, Business Choice then the Coach module later this year.

If you have a "Multi Activity" account ( you can book either Tour Operator, Travel Agent or Coach bookings under your account) and wish to book on either your Tour Operator or Coach activity, you need to click on the box on the right hand side after logging in, this will take you back through to our old module where you can make your bookings.

Advance Passenger Information (API)

The following information is for Travel Agents and Tour Operators only. For Coach Operator, click here.

The UK government have introduced Exit Checks at all ports and airports from 1 April 2015. This requires Eurotunnel Le Shuttle to gather information on the identity of every person leaving the country, at their point of departure, and pass this information to UK Border Force. 

In order to comply with this new legislation, please provide us with your customers travel document details in advance of their travel to the continent to speed up the journey through our Folkestone terminal.

You can either enter your customers API at the time of the booking or send them a confirmation. You will need to recall the booking(view/modify) and from there, you will have the option to add the customers email address on the last field and send an email confirmation containing the API link and password.

You can also pass on our telephone number if your customers wants to call us with their API (if they phone us they do not need the password)

Bookings made via Unicorn:

If the booking is made via Unicorn, you or your customers will need to call us on the number below to enter API before travel.

Call our Contact Centre on 0330 1233207 where one of our team member will update the Advance Passenger Information (API) for your booking (cost are the same to call as a normal local or national landline + your phone company's access charge).
